About the Children:

  • Kaia (2 year old) is curious, talkative, and independent. She loves to pretend play, reading books, listening to music, and playground time. Maia (19 months old) is adventurous, affectionate, and enjoys following her big sister around. She loves dancing, stacking toys, and exploring anything new.

  • Location: Midway, Utah

  • Ages of Children: 2 years & 16 months

  • Start Date: Ideally within the next 2 weeks!!

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11-4pm & Fridays 9-3pm

  • Compensation: $20-$25 DOE

  • Live-in/Live-out: Live-out

  • Duration: Long-Term

About the Family:

  • They’re an active, family-oriented household that values structure, kindness, and open communication. They love spending time outdoors, cooking, and creating a warm, fun environment for their girls to learn and grow in.

Pets:

  • The family has one dog named Evie!

Ideal Candidate:

  • The mom is looking for someone who can engage the girls in age-appropriate play, reading, outdoor walks, and creative activities.

  • Light child-related housekeeping such as tidying play areas, washing bottles and dishes, and organizing toys. Diaper changes, meal and snack prep, and helping maintain daily routines.

  • The family’s ideal nanny is someone who is warm, dependable, and energetic. Someone who truly enjoys children and can balance fun with gentle structure. They appreciate a nanny who takes initiative, keeps things tidy, and treats their girls with patience and genuine care.

  • The family also said it’s a requirement for their future nanny to have a 4WD/AWD vehicle to get to their house in the mountains especially during the winter months when it snows. Must have snow tires in the winter.

Qualifications:

  • Clear background check

  • Experience with infants and toddlers

  • Must have their own 4WD/AWD vehicle

  • CPR certified

  • Strong communication skills

  • Nurturing but confident presence
